Job seekers can upload or edit their resumes. Available positions can be searched under either the job search tab or employer search tab. One can set up job alerts to keep track of the latest available job openings, and receive email notifications of the latest vacancies matched to their desired job category, location, etc. Users will be provided with a URL or web address in order to easily display or send their resume to potential employers.
Employers can choose either to post their job opening and wait for applicants, or search for resumes with skills and qualifications suited to the position. They can promote themselves by setting up a free business profile with their company name, logo, and list of current vacancies, to be listed in the site's employer directory.
